Help and Support
Our online services are available 24/7 at your convenience, so that you can manage your internet bundles, top-ups and other services from the safety and comfort of your home.
To enable our teams to easily serve you better and leave our support telephone lines open for those who have little to no digital access, should you need our support, we’d like to encourage you to use one of the following channels:
Your safety, as well as that of our employees, comes above and before everything. Most of our stores remain open so that we can still serve and support you. However, please do keep monitoring our Facebook page for any changes in this – we will keep updating store opening hours as necessary.
We have been enforcing a number of preventative measures in our stores that are there to protect you, the people around you and our employees. We’d like to remind you to observe national quarantine laws and, if visiting, to use our provided sanitizers and respect our 1m distance policy in store.
We’ve also put together a few handy guides you can refer to for guidance on how to top up online easily or pay your bill, available here.
Supporting everyone through technology
- We are monitoring traffic and working hard to maintain the quality and the stability of our network, as we understand that it is essential to ensure connectivity and communications services to enable Malta’s citizens who are staying at home to continue to work, learn, socialise and be entertained.
- To help those customers who are stranded in highly impacted countries, Vodafone Malta has been giving free data, minutes and credit to customers who are in countries defined as high-risk by the local health authorities by 13th of March, in order to make sure that they can constantly keep in touch with their loved ones.
- To safely entertain and engage children as families stay home together, we will provide all families in Malta with 3 months free access to Azoomee, an application which provides safe entertainment for children through games, TV series and educational content. Maltese families can gain free access to the platform, regardless of their service provider.
- To support the sterling effort of the country’s dedicated healthcare workers and law enforcement officers, we will be giving free data and minutes to nurses, doctors, healthcare professionals, the police force, the armed forces and the civil protection department, in order to support them in their communication needs. These benefits will be available to them throughout April.
