Can I change my physical SIM card to an eSIM?

Yes, you may request a eSIM alternative at one of our EPIC stores, normal charges apply.

I don’t have a SIM card - can I still move to an eSIM?

If you’re not already a EPIC customer, you’ll need to get a new number with us or switch your current number to EPIC.

If you’re already with EPIC, you’ll need to swap your current physical SIM to an eSIM. You can do this at one of our EPIC stores.

How do I download the eSIM Profile?

By scanning an eSIM profile through a QR code which will be given to you by one of our representatives.

How do I transfer my eSIM service to another compatible device?

You need to request an eSIM replacement at one of our EPIC stores, normal charges apply.

Can I reuse an eSIM that has been downloaded?

No, once the eSIM profile has been installed, to re install onto another device or after factory resetting the one you have, you would need to come to one of our EPIC stores to scan another QR code.

Can I use my eSIM capable wearable or tablet device on the EPIC network?

We do not currently offer eSIM for wearable devices such as smartwatches and tablets.

Can I use eSIM while roaming?

Yes, eSIM will work the same as a physical SIM while roaming.

What should I do if my device is lost or has been stolen?

If your device has been stolen, please contact us to suspend your service immediately and at your convenience visit one of our shops for a SIM Replacement.

How do I get my service back if my eSIM profile has been deleted?

You need to request an eSIM replacement at one of our EPIC stores, normal charges apply.
