Top Up Plans & Bundles 

    Top Up Plans

    All current top-up plans on offer are available from the Mobile section. 

    How do I activate a top-up plan?

    1. Choose your preferred Epic plan and subscribe by sending the relevant SMS code to 16200. You can do this from your Epic account, too. 
    2. We’ll send you a confirmation SMS once you’ve successfully subscribed.
    3. Top-up with the amount required to activate your plan. 
    4. We’ll send you another confirmation SMS that your credit has been deducted, and you’re good to go!

    What if I exceed my allowance?

    Any usage not covered by your allowance is charged from your credit balance at the rates cited in the terms and conditions of your plan. 

    I don’t know if my top-up plan is active.

    If you’re ever in doubt, you can check that you’re covered by your plan by sending a free blank SMS to 16290. We’ll let you know your balance and validity dates to your top-up plan.

    How do I remove my top-up plan?

    Send the relevant SMS code to 16200. We’ll get back to you with a confirmation SMS.

    Top Up & Get Plans

    What is a Top Up & Get Plan?

    A Top Up & Get plan gives you free benefits with every top-up of €10 or more.

    With our Top Up and Get Plan, Free Evening and Weekends, you get:

    • 1,000 minutes to local Epic numbers during evenings after 180:00, weekends and public holidays
    • 50Mb with a €10 top-up or 200Mb with a €20 top-up.

    How do I activate a Top Up & Get Plan?

    1. Send FREEWE by SMS to 16200.
    2. We’ll send you a confirmation SMS once you’ve successfully subscribed.
    3. Top-up with €10 or €20 (benefit is not activated with a €5 top-up).
    4. We’ll send you another confirmation SMS that your benefit has been assigned, and you’re good to go!

    What If I exceed my allowance?

    Bundles

    What is a bundle?

    A bundle is an add-on to your prepaid plan that repurchases automatically every 7 or 28 days.

    How do I buy a bundle?

    You have 3 options to buy a bundle:

    1. from your online Epic Account
    2. from the Epic mobile app
    3. by sending an SMS with the bundle code to 16200

    We’ll get back to you with a confirmation SMS that you’re good to go if the bundle is compatible with your plan.

    How do I pay for a bundle?

    1. When buying a bundle from your online Epic Account or the Epic App, you can set your payment method to your mobile credit or a bank card.
    2. When buying a bundle by SMS, your default payment method is your prepaid mobile credit.

    You can change your payment method at any time by logging into your online Epic account and assigning your active bundle to a bank card or your mobile credit.

    How do I know if my bundle is active?

    We will send you a confirmation SMS once your bundle purchase goes through. Once you have that SMS, you’re good to use it until it expires or until you consume it.

    If you start using your phone before the confirmation SMS, standard out of bundle rates apply.

    You can also double check your bundle status from your online Epic Account, Epic App or via free blank SMS on 16290.

    When does my bundle expire?

    You can see your bundle status from your online Epic Account, Epic App or via free blank SMS on 16290.

    Can I check how much of my bundle I have left?

    You can see your bundle balance and validity from your online Epic Account, Epic App or via free blank SMS on 16290.

    Can I renew my bundle early?

    Yes, you can! If you’ve used your bundle and need a new one sooner, simply cancel your old bundle by sending the cancellation code by SMS on 16200. We’ll get back to you with a confirmation SMS, following which you can buy your bundle again online, from the Epic App or via SMS.

    If you’re on a Top Up Plan, just top-up your credit and your plan will be renewed.

    How do I cancel a bundle?

    You can stop this at any time by sending an SMS with the bundle cancellation code on 16200. The code is usually STOP followed by the bundle name. We’ll confirm by SMS once the cancellation is successful.

    You will still be able to use any minutes, SMS or internet leftover from your current bundle until it expires, but it will then not repurchase again.

    Why did my bundle automatically repurchase itself?

    If you have purchased an automatically recurring bundle, this will repurchase itself from your chosen payment method as soon as it expires.

    You can stop this at any time by sending an SMS with the bundle cancellation code on 16200. The code is usually STOP followed by the bundle name. We’ll confirm by SMS once the cancellation is successful.

    Why is my bundle not repurchasing?

    If you’re having trouble repurchasing your bundle, check that:

    • you have enough funds in your chosen payment method.
    • your bank card details are correct and valid from the My Bank Cards section of your Epic account (if you are paying by bank card).
    • your old bundle was successfully canceled (if you are repurchasing your bundle early).
