How does MIX work?
You can get MIX in 3 simply steps:
- Join MIX by sending a Free SMS with the word ‘MIX’ to 16200. This will switch your plan onto MIX Plan. You will receive a Welcome SMS that the MIX Plan has been assigned.
- Top up with €10 or more to activate the MIX plan of your choice.
Imp Note: Top-Up from the Epic App or Epic Website to get the Bonus Units! - MIX plan will be automatically activated again whenever you top up with a full €10 or more. An SMS notification is received every time your MIX plan is activated.
How do I switch between MIX plans?
Switching between the plans is very easy!
Your top-up amount determines which of the two MIX plans is activated. You can now upgrade or downgrade by changing your top-up amount between €10, €15, €20, €30, and €50.
The following is what MIX Plan each top-up denomination activates:

If you just want to add credit without activating a MIX plan, you can top up with €5 and this amount will go automatically into your account.
How do I get my FREE Bonus MIX units?
You can get your Free BONUS MIX Units if you top-up by logging in to your My Account at epic.com.mt or through Epic app.

How to check my MIX units balance?
You can check your balance anytime by sending a blank SMS to 16290 (Free of charge) or by logging in to Epic app.
How much credit is left in my account?
Upon successfully topping up with €10 or €15, €8.99 will be converted to 500 MIX Units, the amount of €0.63 & €5.43 respectively will remain in your credit balance.
Upon successfully topping up with €20, €30 or €50, €17.99 will be converted to 2000 MIX Units, the amount of €1,24, €10.86 & €30.09 respectively will remain in your credit balance.
How can I unsubscribe from MIX?
If you wish to opt-out from the MIX plan send a free SMS with the word ‘STOPMix’ to 16200 which will place you on the Base Plan giving you our standard Pay as you Go rates. Any remaining benefits will be removed upon canceling your plan.
