A single Union-wide database of Means of access to Emergency Services has been established by virtue of the Roaming Regulation.  This database intends to help roaming end-users in each Member State to be informed of all the alternative means of access to Emergency services deployed in the Union, in addition to calling emergency number 112. This page provides up-to -date information that can be accessed free of charge, which describes the alternative means of access to emergency services which are technically feasible for use by roaming customers.
