How to redeem your voucher?
Once you receive your Government Student Voucher, visit any of our Epic stores to get your free Epic plan + freebies mentioned above. Students under the age of 18, need to be accompanied by their legal guardian. Offers are valid for both existing & new customers. View all stores here.
What happens after the 12-month Government-funded period ends?
Once the 12-month free period ends, you will be charged the following monthly rates:
- Epic Youth Plan + Instant Wifi Plan = Youth Plan €21.99 + Instant Wifi Plan: €31.99
- Epic Youth Plan + Home Fibre Internet = Youth Plan €16.99 (including €5 combo discount) + Home Fibre Internet €29.99 (total of €46.98)
Note: You can save an additional €2 per month per account on your bill by activating Auto Pay.
The plans above are all not-committed. This ensures that once the 12-month free period ends, you have the flexibility to switch plans, in accordance with the Government’s terms and conditions.
Can I select a different monthly mobile plan instead of the Youth Plan?
No, this offer is exclusively available with the Epic Youth Mobile Plan.
Can I choose a different internet speed instead of 300Mbps?
Yes, you may opt for other speed plans such as 500Mbps, 1000Mbps or 3000Mbps. However, you will be required to cover the difference in price, as these plans exceed the value covered by the Government voucher.
Since I am an existing Epic customer, can I benefit from this offer?
Yes, both new and existing Epic customers are eligible, provided you have received a confirmation email from the Government indicating your eligibility.
