To purchase the Hello plan, you can purchase online by adding to your cart and proceed to checkout. This will be delivered to your home.
I just purchased the Hello SIM Card, how do I get started?

I’ve used all my bundle allowances. Do I need to wait for the 28-day validity period to purchase a new bundle?
No, you don’t need to wait! Once you’ve used up all your allowances, the bundle will automatically repurchase as long you have enough credit. Once the new bundle is repurchased, all your allowances will reset – giving you:
- 25GB of data in Malta at 5G speed
- Unlimited calls to Epic numbers in Malta
- 200 minutes and SMS to other local numbers in Malta
- +30 FREE minutes to Bangladesh, Colombia, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal, Turkey and Nigeria with every top-up of €10 or more.
If you fully consume one allowance, for example, your data allowance, while still having remaining minutes or SMS, any further data usage will be charged at out-of-bundle rates in accordance with the plan’s Terms & Conditions.
Can I still benefit from the 30 international minutes to eligible countries if I don’t top-up with €10 or more?
Yes, you can purchase this bundle for €2.99 only by sending “Hello30” to 16200 or via our online portal.
What happens if the bundle expires and I don’t have enough credit to renew it?
If your bundle expires and you don’t have sufficient credit to renew it, you will need to top up your balance. Once sufficient credit is available, the bundle will be automatically renewed and €4.49 will be deducted from your account. For full details, please check the Hello Plan Terms and Conditions.
Does this plan support 5G speeds?
Yes! The Epic Hello Plan includes access to 5G, provided your device is compatible and you are within a 5G coverage area.
What happens if I only use part of my allowance before the 28-day period ends?
Any unused data, minutes, or SMS will expire at the end of the 28-day validity period. A new bundle must be purchased to re-start the full allowances. Make sure to monitor your usage by dialling *123# on your mobile phone.
How can I monitor my usage?
You can monitor your usage by dialling *123# on your phone. You will first receive an on-screen notification displaying your remaining credit balance. Shortly after, you will receive an SMS containing a detailed summary of your remaining allowances.
