  How do I join the Youth plan?

  You can get the Youth plan through simple subscription. You’ll be guided through a simple 3-step process:

  • Check if you are eligible for the Youth plan with Epic account and Facebook log-in.
  • Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will be given a choice opt-in for the Youth plan by clicking Join the Youth plan button.
  • After you are opted-in, you will be redirected to payments (Easy top-up) page. Fill in your bank card details and choose the recurring top-up amount, minimum of€10 based on your plan preference.

  Once fully set, you can enjoy your Youth plan without worrying about manually topping-up.

  What are the rates outside the allowances?

  Once you join the Youth plan, besides the allowances you’ll be benefiting from the below rates in Malta, the EU & in the UK:

  • €0.25c/min to any Maltese number and to any number whilst in EU & the UK
  • 2c/SMS to any Maltese number and any number whilst in EU & the UK
  • 22c/minute from Malta to EU & the UK
  • 5c/sms from Malta to EU & the UK
  • Should your Youth bundle run out of data, 99c/200MB/Day rate applies

  When will my Youth plan expire?

  Youth plan is valid for 28 days, but with simple subscription, your account will be automatically topped-up just in time to renew the validity. You’ll also get to keep your unused allowance.
  
  If you’ve joined the plan with manual top-up, your allowance will expire after 28 days. You can still keep your unused allowance if you top-up within the 28 days period.

  How do I switch between Youth plans?

  Switching between the plans is very easy! Your top-up amount determines which of the two Youth plans is activated. You can upgrade or downgrade by changing your top-up amount between €10 and €15 in your Easy top-up settings.
  
  If you are topping-up manually instead of the subscription, simply top-up with €10 or €15 to activate the respective Youth plan.

  Can I switch from Manual Top-up to Subscription?

  Yes! Simply set up your payment details on the Easy top-up page.
  
  You’ll get more data, and you’ll contribute to helping the environment as subscription simply tops up with your bank card, reducing paperwork and the printing of top-up vouchers.

  Do I have to sign a contract for Subscription?

  Absolutely not! The subscription will simply use your debit or credit card to automatically top-up your account. You can cancel it anytime.

  How can I check my balance?

  Simply send a blank SMS to 16290 free of charge, or log onto the Epic App.

  Will Youth plan active with a top-up if I had used the SOS service?

  If you have used SOS service, the borrowed credit and a 40c charge for each SOS will be deducted automatically from your next top-top. If the remaining credit in your account is less than the amount required for your Youth plan to be activated (€8.99 or €12.99), then you will need to top-up with further €10 or more, depending on which plan you wish to purchase.

  How do I unsubscribe?

  You can cancel your automatic top-up through Easy top-up page. You can continue using your Youth plan with manual top-up. Keep in mind that the manual top-up doesn't come with more data. You'll get 5GB instead of 10GB or 20GB instead of 40GB based on your top-up amount.

  If you wish to opt-out from the Youth plan, send SMS 'STOPYU2020'. Any remaining benefits will be removed upon cancelling your plan.
