Once the free period ends, or if you use all your allowances early, you can renew the bundle by sending “STUDENT” to 16200. The bundle costs €4.49 for 14 days and will automatically renew as long as you have enough credit.

FAQs
I’ve used all my bundle allowances. Do I need to wait for the validity period to purchase a new bundle?
No, you don’t need to wait! Once you’ve used up your data, minutes, or SMS, you can purchase a new bundle immediately by sending “STUDENT” by SMS 16200 as long as you have enough credit on your account. When purchasing a new bundle, all your allowances will reset — giving you:
- 50GB of data at 5G speed to use whilst in Malta
- 17GB of data to use whilst in any EU
- 60 minutes & 60 SMS to local numbers
What happens if the bundle expires and I don’t have enough credit to renew it?
If your bundle expires and you don’t have sufficient credit, the system will attempt to repurchase the bundle for up to 28 days. Once you top up during this period, the bundle will be reactivated and €4.49 will automatically be deducted. For full details, please check our Terms and Conditions.
Does this plan support 5G speeds?
Yes! The Epic International Student Plan includes access to 5G, provided your device is compatible and you are within a 5G coverage area.
What happens if I only use part of my allowance before the validity period ends?
Any unused data, minutes, or SMS will expire once the validity period ends. A new bundle must be purchased to re-start the full allowances.
How can I create an Epic account?
You can create an Epic account either via the web portal or the Epic app by following these steps.
Via the Web Portal:
- Visit https://www.epic.com.mt/SSP/online-top-up.
- Click on Log In.
- Select Register Online.
- Enter your personal details and click Continue.
- You will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to complete your registration.
Via the Epic App:
- Download and open the Epic app: https://www.epic.com.mt/epic-app/.
- Tap on Register Now.
- Tap on Continue.
- Enter your mobile number.
- You will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to proceed.
- Choose a username and password to complete your registration.
What can I manage through my Epic Online Account?
Once logged into your Epic Account, you can manage a variety of services, including:
- Viewing your credit balance.
- Changing your Epic Plan.
- Managing existing bundles or purchasing new bundles.
- Topping up your account, including setting up Easy Top-Up wfor automatic top-ups.
- Accessing your e-receipts.
- View your personal details.
How can I monitor my usage?
You can monitor your usage by dialling *123# on your phone. You will first receive an on-screen notification displaying your remaining credit balance. Shortly after, you will receive an SMS containing a detailed summary of your remaining allowances.
