How do I get Traveller?

Traveller is a daily bundle which you can opt-in to via SMS. Simply send the word ‘TRAVEL’ to 16200. Then, on the days you use your phone in any of the 70 countries mentioned below, the daily rate will be deducted from your account and you will benefit from the daily allowance, which you can use till midnight, Malta time.

Can I use or will I get charged for Traveller while I am in Malta?

No. Your Traveller bundle will only activate on days you use your phone abroad. You don’t need to opt out when you get home.

Can I opt out of Traveller?

We do not recommend that you ever unsubscribe because Traveller gives you the best rates in 70 countries. . However, should you wish to opt-out, you can do so by sending an SMS with ‘STOPTRAVEL’ to 16200.
