What happens if I consume these allowances?

Should you use up all of your allowances in the same day, the following rates will apply:

Calls to Malta and other Traveller Countries at €0.25c/min
Calls to other destinations at €2.99c/min
Calls to Satellite at €9.99c/min
SMS to any destination at €0.05c/SMS
Data at €0.05c/MB

The daily bundle will start only when you make or receive the first call, send the first SMS or carry out an internet session. The €5.99/day is charged only on the days that you use your phone.

Calling Non-EU/UK International Premium Numbers on any Top Up Plan when in EU and UK and calling any International Premium Numbers whilst roaming in Non-EU/UK.

Calling Non-EU/UK International Premium Numbers when roaming in EU and UK and calling any International Premium Numbers whilst roaming in Non-EU/UK will not be consumed from your Bundle. Such calls are charged on a per minute basis at the following rates:

How do I get Traveller?

Traveller is a daily bundle which you can opt-in to via SMS. Simply send the word ‘TRAVEL’ to 16200. Then, on the days you use your phone in any of the 77 countries mentioned below, the daily rate will be deducted from your account and you will benefit from the daily allowance, which you can use till midnight, Malta time.

Can I use or will I get charged for Traveller while I am in Malta?

No. Your Traveller bundle will only activate on days you use your phone abroad. You don’t need to opt out when you get home.

Can I opt out of Traveller?

We do not recommend that you ever unsubscribe because Traveller gives you the best rates in 70 countries. . However, should you wish to opt-out, you can do so by sending an SMS with ‘STOPTRAVEL’ to 16200.
