Business Sales Account Executive

Job Purpose

To develop existing and attract SME and Corporate Accounts by establishing a solid business relationship with choosers and users, ensuring individual targets are met and exceeded where possible, working as part of a team in order to maximize sales activity for the Business section.

This role requires a high degree of resilience and dedication, and the ability to develop a network of key contacts in order to drive connections.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:

• Build and maintain an excellent business relationship with handled and new SME customers
• Ensure an excellent service to all customers at all times, liaising as necessary up with colleagues
• To ensure personal monthly, quarterly and yearly targets set by the Business Senior Manager are achieved
• Promote the entire Epic product portfolio to customers
• Submit activity reporting as determined by the Business Senior Manager
• Adopting and driving the Epic working culture at all times
• Identify and highlight improvement opportunities in Business Sales activities
• To maintain complete and accurate records of all customer contacts and interactions via the use of provided operational tools

Technical / Professional Expertise:

• Be computer literate (dexterity Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• High level negotiation and closure skills
• Be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels
• Understanding of key drivers of value in the telecommunications industry
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management
• Experience in a sales environment will be considered an asset
