Purpose of the Role:
Renewing customer contracts and up-selling services.
- Promote the applicable product portfolio
- Understand customer needs and provide them with tailored recommendations
- Execution of CVM inputs
Key Performance Indicators:
- To optimize the clients experience
- Volume of renewals and upsells
- Value generation
- Customer satisfaction feedback
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

- Understanding key drivers of value in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent command of both English and Maltese languages is required
- Experience in telemarketing and/or sales and/or other customer-facing roles will be considered an asset.
