Purpose of the Role:

Renewing customer contracts and up-selling services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Promote the applicable product portfolio
  • Understand customer needs and provide them with tailored recommendations
  • Execution of CVM inputs

Key Performance Indicators:

  • To optimize the clients experience
  • Volume of renewals and upsells
  • Value generation
  • Customer satisfaction feedback

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proactive with a positive mindset
  • Team player
  • Understanding key drivers of value in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent command of both English and Maltese languages is required
  • Experience in telemarketing and/or sales and/or other customer-facing roles will be considered an asset.
