Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing treasury functions, overseeing payables processes, and ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and monitoring liquidity.

Execute payments to vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.

Monitor and analyze cash flow trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.

Maintain relationships with financial institutions and manage banking activities, including opening/closing accounts, KYCs and negotiating terms.

Review and reconcile payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.

Assist in the implementation and enhancement of treasury and payables processes to improve efficiency and control.

Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements related to treasury and payables functions.

Support internal and external audits related to treasury and payables activities.

Qualifications:

Finance & accounting qualifications are a plus.

Proven experience in treasury management and payables, with a focus on financial transactions and reconciliations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and external partners.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
