Job Description

  • Handling customer queries and troubleshooting device issues (modems, smartphones, gadgets etc…)
  • Raising necessary tickets if issue is non-device related (reception issues etc…)
  • Greeting customers and attend to their needs
  • Creating tickets to send phones for repairs where necessary
  • Upsell of accessories and plans
  • Assisting back office with given tasks
  • Upkeep of loan devices and modems
  • Testing and processing of repaired devices
  • Assist customers in phone setup (and assist in data transfer when required)
  • Calling customers about their phone for repairs where needed
  • Handling customer complaints

Requirements

  • Smart and an outgoing individual
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Good knowledge of Smartphones
  • Must be patient and understanding
  • Be a team player
  • Willingness to learn
