Purpose of the Job

Provide customer satisfaction by giving support to the Commercial units in an effective way.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities

  • Handle activations & migrations of multiline accounts & single customers within a set target frame
  • Make sure any request received abide to the Company policies
  • Responsible of mobile phone stock
  • Issuing of mobile phones from POS & from third party
  • Stock logistics related with mobile phones
  • Communicate with other Departments and other Stakeholders
  • Handle data as per Data Processing legislations in vigour at all times
  • Be in a position to substitute and support team member tasks
  • Data inputting
  • Make use of various IT applications

Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration roles will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess good team communication skills
  • Work under pressure & meet deadlines
  • Positive and proactive attitude
