Job Purpose

 Provide customer satisfaction by giving support to the Commercial units in an effective way.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:

  • Handle Activations & Migrations of multiline accounts & single customers within a set target frame
  • Make sure any request received abide to the Company policies
  • Responsible of Mobile Phones stock
  • Issuing of mobile phones from POS & from third party
  • Stock Logistics related with Mobile Phones
  • Communicate with other Departments & other Operators
  • Handle data as per Data Processing legislations in vigour at all times
  • Be in a position to substitute and support team member tasks
  • Data Inputting
  • Make use of various IT applications

 Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Previous experience in Administration roles will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Possess good team communication skills
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive and proactive attitude
