Position Overview

As the B2C Channels Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by overseeing and optimizing the performance of our business-to-consumer (B2C) channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing B2C sales and distribution channels.


  1. Channel Strategy, Planning & Tracking:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C channel strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for channel expansion and improvement.
    • Tracking KPIs on frequent basis, and being able to deduct way forward based on analysis done.
  2. Sales & Operations Optimization:
    • Lead efforts to optimize sales performance across various B2C channels, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
    • Analyse the current way of operating and find new ways of working which will leads to an leaner and more optimized operation.
  3. Partnership Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key B2C channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual value and meet business goals.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Provide leadership and direction to the B2C Channels team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
    • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to overall team success.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and evaluate the performance of B2C channels.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in channel management, experience  within the telecommunications industry is an asset
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellence in data analysis tools (excel) and a strong understanding of market trends.
